Aparna - Try registering your Sony at the Sony website and download some of their free software. I use Image Converter 3 to convert stuff to mp4. This is part of the Walkman Launcher package. You may already have this on the cd that came with your player.

which software should i use to convert files to walkman Sony NWZ-A826 ? Please help me ... i m not able to make mp4 files converted from avi files ... i have tried many softwares .. :(
