Which of the 6 different types of drink I had last night gave me this dull ache deep in my skull ?

Ah it is not one, but a combination. Never mix the grape and the grain.........

More the apples and pears and the grain ! In isolation  Koppaberg, Stella, Duvel and Stowfords Press seem so innocuous but ........

Serves me right for taking out my 18 yr old Godson. When in Rome.........

I'm anispeptic, frasmotic, even compunctuous to have caused you such pericombobulation

I've come to the conclusion that by not going to Rome, I'll manage to avoid the worst hangovers.

JD, why can't I get Virgni 1 on my otherwise fine Freeview receiver? It's a rather annoying and I'm missing loads of old X-Files stuff!

Not sure I'm the best person to ask, I only started when I was 33.

I think it's exercising editorial control. My freeview box has blanks in the schedule where Hollyoaks ought to be.

I am reminded of the cartoon where a smug chicken is lying in bed smoking a cigarette, whilst a grumpy-looking egg beside him says "well I guess that answers THAT question".

It was good, thank you. Low was the miserable wethare (rain every day but one), highs were a) a bloke coming up to me on the beach and saying "what the hell are *you* doing here" - was a dad from school, had dinner with them the next night - and b) my new Sat Nav. What did we do before they were invented?

Hot. Low of 75, high of 85. Is the middle of the storm season though.
