7.1 mix on any of your discs?

7.1 mix on any of your discs?

Has anyone bought a blu ray/hd dvd that has a 7.1 mix on it?

none of my HD-DVD's do, and i'm planning on buying a receiver that is 7.1, and really wonder if i want to be buying 7 speakers for it if there isnt any media out there with 7.1 on it at the moment, and i might as well just go with 5.

Pans Labyrinth has a 7.1 sound track.

 

But if you get a 7.1 amp you do not need to use the rear chanels or you can mix a 7.1 mix and use them.

Not a Hifi nut, but...has a whole bunch of Nads.

Our 'Oldboy' Blu-ray has 7.1 sound, and very impressive it is too.

'The Bank Job' has a 7.1 DTS-HD Master soundtrack.......Not a bad film either.
A/V: Sony KDL-V40A12U & BDP-S350, BT Vision, Onkyo TX-SR875, B&W MT-30 7.1, QED audio cables, R.A power cables

Hi-Fi: Arcam CD72T & A65+, B&W 602S3 & using MT-30s PV1, Partington stands, Grado SR125, Kimber I/Cs, QED speaker cables, R.A power cables.
