Superfi - Birmingham

Just wanted to comment on the service I received at the Superfi shop in Birmingham.
I went for a demo twice firstly of speakers and then of amplpifiers and on both occasions had great service.
They gave me as much time as I needed to listen to the equipment and had no problems with changing back and forth for me to get a true comparison of the products.

I'd recommend them. Good helpful advice too.

I can extend this recommendation to the online site as well.

I've bought my sub and rear speakers from them and the service was excellent, good communication and quick turnaround. I had the need to ring them regarding the sub and the staff were very friendly and helpfully.

I'm a repeat customer of Superfi Birmingham. Fine shop with friendly staff and usuaally good advice without a hard-sell approach! Popped in on saturday just been out of interest to see if i could try out the NAD Viso 5. Was served by a very friendly indian girl who set the system up and then (after one aborted attempt- dvd of spiderman was rejected by the system) stuck Gladiator in to demo the box. My word the system was noisy. In fact, I've heard tractors that are quieter than the racket this box was making. With a quizzical look on her face I sent her out to see if the noise was 'normal'....... "it's just the fan" apparently..... I mean, this thing was like an earthquake! Anyway, after trying out a CD and getting the same result it was obvious that this was not 'just the fan' as she'd been told by her colleague. After asking a second colleague it turns out the box was faulty and it wasn't the fan after all. Quite a surreal experience all-in.... A bit like Fawlty Towers but in a hifi shop. lovely girl though!

Yeah, I got served by the same girl. She did the demo and to be honest didn't have a clue about any of the kit. I wouldn't have minded seeing as it was mid-day on a Saturday and they were rushed off there feet but I was a bit miffed when I saw the manager working the till  Indifferent

Bought an Onkyo905 and Kef3005Se's from there in July and got very good service.

Went in there Fri afternoon about 5pm and the guy (Pete) remembered me!
