I purchased an Ixos RCA and QED SA XT speaker cable from this website and made an error with the order (stupidly ordered a 3M cable with both ends terminated) when I actually needed two 1.5M cables with a total of four ends terminated. I called Futureshop and was told a sales adviser would call me back within 15 minutes. The call lasted about 20 minutes and the bloke told me many benefits of the cable ends being terminated and adjusted my order accordingly - very good customer service and one very very happy returning customer :D.

Futureshop.co.uk exceeded my expectations, for being an internet order I was chuffed!

I ordered some cables late one afternoon and all were received next day by standard mail.

 

They were very efficeint and easy to order from online

I have to agree. Futureshop are very good. Mind I always order by phone but they don't mind at all and their staff are very knowledgeable.
