 I wonder if anyone can help me , I'am looking for a half decent 3.5mm to 2 - RCA 10m cable. I need it to hook my IPOD touch to a 2 channel Pioneer amp.

10m length - for a decent quality look at QED cables. My usual place is the very helpful hificables.co.uk - call them if you need more assistance. Hope this helps

I was looking for a 5m 3.5mm to RCA cable. There aren't any from the decent manufacturers like QED, IXOS etc. The best I could find was Profigold.  You may be able to get them custom made though.

I'd recommend you don't do it. One of the reasons they are hard to find is because the manufacturers appreciate interference on a cable this length would be pretty bad. Is there no alternative?
