I just got a a really good deal, i wanted a DVD player for my my bedroom just so i could mong out and not have to worry about the kids running infront of the screen every few minutes. HD Dvd player that will play pretty much anything on it for under £50, i didn't want to but a bue ray player in there ass it won't get used enough and would have been an exsesive waste of cash

Dont thinks its a HD-DVD player, just a DVD player

It is a good one indeed, we have one in our son's room.  Nice picture via RGB scart, the HDMI look a bit soft on bigger screen though....for the price - what more can one want I suppose

Yep! I bought one of those about a year ago and love it very much! It's coupled with a Samsung LE26A456 and picture quality via HDMI is very good.

I think you can get those for less than £50, too. I remember paying £35 or so on Amazon. Gret deal and a very able player!!
