I've just bought an ipod 32gb Touch. The video playback is excellent and I was wondering if it is possible to get a dock or cable to allow downloading of Sky programmes directly to the ipod. I've seen a dock advertised for the ipod video, but not for the touch.

Haven't seen anything like that I'm afraid - I don't think the Touch has capturing capabilities.

I use a separate DVD recorder (a no-brand Sainsbury's special) to record from the sky box to DVD, then use a bit of software called Avex DVD-to-iPod convertor to rip the DVD to iPod format - does the job fine...
