Hi JD,

Channel 4, Big Brother - Why?

Cheers,

Cofnchtr.

Well it seemed like a good idea at the time. But it's been taken over by mutants and WAG wannabes and has therefore run its course. Instead of series 10, I propose we pay Carol Vorderman what she asked.

I dunno, maybe he never liked that stuff he used to do and faked his own death so he could indulge his passion for Gilbert and Sullivan?

Anyway, I don't think anybody's called him rubbish - it's about 70/30 in favour so far.

Oh don't mention him - I was plagued by that winsome record of his about my namesake (if not spellsake) during childhood....

I'm thirsty, and it's warm. Should I drink a glass of cordial or a mug of tea?

We're on the last freedom moped out of nowhere city and we haven't even told our parents what time we'll be back.

Tea - it's a thirst-quencher and hot drinks on a hot day open up your pores and make you feel more comfortable. Go easy though - it's a diuretic so make sure you drink at least six litres of water daily as well.

That would depend on it being finished. You know what these musos are like, they're probably having creative difference right now - "no it's a *DIMINISHED* for ----'s sake!!!!"

The biggest puzzle is why more time has been spent online in figuring this out than solving world hunger. Read a book. Learn the piano. Join VSO.

Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

These are both subjective and cannot be proved. As a scientist you should know this.

timwileman:

It's impossible to say exactly - I can prove that the probability that a piece of string is exactly of length 'x' is zero. As a scientist you should know this.
